New (Integra) Elements and (Arkel) Landlord Schemes Launched

As previously communicated, effective from 1st May 2025, we will no longer be able to offer products under our Elements or Landlord categories that are provided by Bspoke.

However, we are excited to announce the introduction of new insurers to our panel:

• Integra: Taking over the Elements product line, Integra will now offer coverage for Gold, Silver, and Bronze products.
• Arkel: Introducing an enhanced version of the 3* Bspoke Landlord product, Arkel Premier Let, which is a 4* offering.

Both of these new products are now available for quotes on our website.

We appreciate that there is a transition period between now and the end of April where you may have Bspoke quotes that you wish to submit.  On our Landlord quotes, you will see Arkel's product alongside any Bspoke quotes up to the 30th April.  For Elements quotes, please click here to access an FAQ guide on how our system will work and where we can support brokers during this transition.
