Quoforma+ quote journey - system changes (17/03/2022)

We wanted to notify you of some changes that have been made to the Quoforma+ quote journey.
These will be live on the system with effect from 17/03/2022


Qualifying questions - section 3

We have changed the wording on the “Qualifying” section of the quote journey.

These questions have been reworded to now consider ALL adults living in the property, not just the policyholders.

Please take these changes into consideration when you go through the system.

An example of the changed wording is show on screen shots below.

Payment selection page - section 5

The next change you will see is that we have now added a customer email and customer contact number section.

This is to help assist us with customer contact should there be any issues at renewal or with regards to payments.

This is NOT a means to contact that client ad-hoc and will only be used for Assurant Intermediary policy purposes, we will NOT cold call or cross sell your customer at any time.

NB: This must be the customer’s contact details for these sections and not your information.
